Passwords should be Unique - Don't use your Phone No, Pin No, Family / friends name (backward or forward), or other obvious words.
There are a few enforced restrictions on passwords - passwords must be more then 6 characters long, and may not be the same as the username.
Passwords are Case Sensitive.
UserID : This is the first part of your e-Mail address for example, if your address was "davidgo@bealenet.com", UserID would be "davidgo". People using Domain Names should use the first part of there POP account address.
